The man on the wine aisle told me the Ogio Merlot was withdrawn because there was a computer breakdown yesterday and the wine was then mispriced. I bought some on Thursday and I am really tempted to call CS tommorow and ask if it is right about the glass rumour.
Also broke open a box of Fingers tonight and no way are they worth £7.00 or even £3.00. They are quite small and there are just 3 small packs in the tin.
They are small but they are thick.White chocolate inside.
I thought the same until I ate them.Cup of Tea? :coffee:0 -

I know some people say put the money away in the bank, but with the best intentions it can get used for something else. I personally wouldn't be without insurance, you hope you don't need it but if you do then its there for piece of mind.

Ps sorry to hear that your dog is not well though. xxx
Glad you read it as it was meant love your dog/dogs but be able to take care of them when/if needed.
The part about people cancelling so true just heard this week someone we know cancelled there insurance as never claimed in about 3 years a couple of months back. Dog had an emergency op had been swallowing stones £800  cheap compared to the ops ours has had but still a lot to pull out.
I totally agree putting money in the bank only works if you never need a vet thats if you do actually put it there and leave it alone.
£120 put in bank per year thats less than we paid to have a consultation with top surgeon up here by all accounts, £158 for that.
Follow up x ray after op another £160 op £2000 ish to £2500ish depending on what she needs doing when they get in.
This will probably take the total claims to about £8000 and she is not even 2 yet. Had to pay 10% and £70 per condition so about a £940 at a rough guess.
So for anyone reading this well worth getting insurance then you do not need to weigh up your dogs healthWhen The Fun Stops Stop0 -

As Ts do price changes all the time (though admittedly the main ones are once a week) does anyone else find it slightly odd that Ogio has been taken off sale (possibly fair enough if it was a glitch) but Hardy's has had the price reduced from £6.79/3 for £12 to £5.99/3 for £12 but with the glitch still working? Surely if they were going to the trouble of taking Ogio off sale (and reducing Ogio Chardonnay from £9.99 to £6.79), plus tinkering with the Hardy's price, they could just as easily have removed the 3 for £12 after the until 25% offer finishes?
Or does anyone else suspect they may have been sussed for an alcohol loss leader and due to adverse publicity in the press including The Telegraph etc this is an attempt to cover their tracks?
