Hi everyone,
hope you are all drowning under bottles of ludicrously cheap wine:p
I have just sent DH to tesco with some pretty strict instructions- check if the tesco finest 2 for £12 wines can be used as part of the meal deal
- if so exchange some clubcard vouchers for wine in the exchange event
- buy 6 of the meal deal with stuff that can be frozen
- buy some fillers so that the total can be hidden
- choose a SA that looks thick as a brick
Wish me luck:eek:, I'll post what happens later xx
:eek: can't even get my head around it after reading 3 times! Might try more coffee, think my head's getting very confused, trying to catch up and stay on current thread at same time... oh dear! Anywho, good luck with this, hope it works for youMay: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155

I used an A, £5 off 40 (from a womble), in the T. Blackp@@l store this morning.:)
I was using a till next to where the manager was on a computer,so I asked him if it was ok to use and he said yes.:):)
The SA on the till said things must be desperate if T. are accepting these to which the manager replied, " Yes, they are!!"
Loads of the Hardy's there.
Only a few Ogio white, but a SA said there would be more coming in.
There were still some Ogio red left as I only wanted three.N1LDA:D0 -

Are you in Wales by any chance - as this has just happened to me - I have just phoned customer services and they said they are accepting them and do not understand where the store has got that from - he is ringing them now and getting them to phone me with answers - lets see what happens now0 -
Just come back from a lovely trip. Went to T's in San**urst and picked up 6 bottles of Merlot for £9.01. (No Chardonnay there) Went through SS co it was busy and of course it had to be signed off, just before that I had seen a girl I knew doing the signing off so thought it would be fine, but the one that came to do it was a bit off, I had put my card in to pay and she stopped it saying it didn't seem quite right, had to let us have it though :rotfl::rotfl:
On to Alder**ot and loads of Chardonnay on the shelf, grabbed a dozen and went through a young student's till, he was lovely and chatty, and he didn't even flinch when the price went down from £119.88 to £18.03! Thought the person behind me was going to faint though, they obviously saw the price change!!!
Then onto Farnborough for Asda for the WW, or so I thought. Trout time. Went through the till with 6 WW, 3 Biscuit Moments and one Special K Red Berry. Transaction was suspended because the SA could not be bothered with typing in the barcodes and dealing with the price prompts, he was a grumpy one, and I ended up being accused of using photocopies by the CSA, even though I pointed out the Safe Coupons had different barcodes she was having none of it, also lost one of the coupons because she told him to put it in the till. I asked the Trout to go and retrieve it but waited at least 10 minutes for her to reappear then had to give up. Have complained to head office, they obviously take coupons, the SA just could not be bothered with all the price prompts etc!! I will get back my £2.68 at least, one way or another. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
