The law has finally been rubber stamped by brussels so if your flight is three hours late and the airlines fault (not weather) you are automatically entitled to 250 euros each for european flights .
Easyjet and BA appealled but were unsuccessful.

Out of my last six flights four were delayed but only one cost me money so that is the one I have claimed for.

This should be very good for us as if they will try harder to prevent delays in future, yay.

Hoping this will mean we will get something back for our 26 hour delay to Cuba! Especially as we took off 2.5 hours late then turned round half way there, and the pilot stated it was for operational reasons. I think he was a bit fed up with it too.

Well thats a right nuisance... 5 vouchers for those and 5 for beanz (which have also gone up) per shop really helped bump up the next PP voucher.
