i noticed tonight that it was priced up at £1 in my asda but still scanned at £1.50.
maybe a price change tomorrow ?

I managed to get some of the cheese from tesco when it had supposedly ended thanks to a friend on here (you know who you are) and I swear down the whole store was watching me.
Here we go mission impossible music if you dont mind :D
Goes in straight away more staff than customers literally
    diddle dah
forward roll found the cheap printer paper 1 in basket
    diddle dah
    wipes sweat from brow
on to the cheese loads of it
but one of their operatives stood not 6 feet away pretending to stock shelf
    choices
take her out silently or just pick up 2 packs of cheese

    went for the second
    off to ss till
scanned at a £1 and nearet ecape route which happened to be the exit
    diddle dah

Never had a face mask type thing so just to confuse them and look totally diferent to even the trained eye off with jacket
    diddle dah
    back in
not sure if I had been compromised so heart rate was up
    diddle dah
thought I would throw them a curve ball here in case they where following me so went to cheese first ( you all writing this down for future use yes)
got there and the op had moved closer to the double packs( she doesnt know this to this day but her life was hanging by a thread)
    diddle dah
went for 5 packs just put them in the basket turned round 2 suits looking in my direction one of them on the phone
    diddle dah
    I had been compromised
    but by who ?
either way as they say he who dares
so another ream of paper to hide the cheese
heading towards ss and security guard staring straight at me
    diddle dah
god it could have been a blood bath
but luckily for them I scanned everything way quicker than any sa ever has and escaped
    diddle dah
    Mission Accomplished
    diddle dah

    Anyone else been there :rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Yes , me , bet I was sweating more than you though.
And the till was saying "unexpected item in bagging area " and the operator had to override it.
When I got home I had only scanned 5 instead of 6 in my panic to get out quick.

    Evening Everyone

I'm just trying to plan my shop for tomorrow to get to £40 to use the £5 voucher. I checked on MSM the biscuit deals just to be sure of what I was looking for, and on mine, neither the Vinnies square tin nor the gold fingers show up as options. If I find them in the actual shop, does it mean they won't come up on the APG. Is MSM regional? TIA :-)
Hello, I don't know how regional msm site is, but the vinnies trellis square tin doesn't show up on mine either. Barrel only which is the ' wrong ' one, well it won't do the magic the other one does anyway. The square tin is actually in my A however, and does make the gold fingers compare with T splendidly. 10.00 spend ( +fillers ) = 8.60 APG = happy me!
I am not young enough to know everything.

If you do get over there, let me know if there are many left, I may go again!! This year the bin men & the postmen will all be having tins of biscuits rather than chocolates for Christmas.(ooh and the lovely ladies in the Post Office too.)

I didn't bother in the end, got soaked just going round my mums so did not fancy the drive over tonight. Will have to hope still working tomorrow as over that way anyway with mum to go to the hospital. ;)

    :(

Our local Co op is closing & lots of staff with no jobs to go to :(
I'll miss being able to nip there as it's 5 minutes closer to us than Mr T.
Lots of 50% reductions. This is good but you feel awful as the Staff are so depressed.
My sister is one of them & today she emailed her CV & could I read it?
2 hours later we had rearranged it & presented it properly. What she thinks is important & unimportant caused some crossly exchanged words.
She thought they was no need to include her O & A Levels :eek:

The Vinnies trellis tin does not show up anywhere except at the back of the bottom shelf in the store , well that's where it was in mine and I had to get down on my knees to get them, it was worth it though. :rotfl:

Ok, you are superb at 99% of things but THEIR is not one of them. If you look back at all of your posts you spell It THEIR every single time, regardless of context.

Is it a bottled blonde thing?????:):)
