Know that feeling when I was buying 6 bottles of jacobs creek and fillers to get it over £40 young lad put my shopping through and said £35  that cant be right I said so he looks to the sky presses a button and gives me this little till slip with purchases on.
I said youve only charged me for 5 wine I have 6.
Oh ok then looks at me as if I am mad so thats £41 now.

As it was better for me used a 5 off 40 got an extra £2.40 on the apg plus got another 5 of 40 not that that really counts but paid £6 for the phantom bottle and saved £7.40:rotfl:

Ive been baking all day, halloween themed cakes and biscuits!! Below posted my Asda shop in case of use to someone. Wanted to get to £40 and spend my £5 voucher and also get another £5 voucher so happy with that. also used an APG and gift card i had from returning some 'unsuitable clothing' :D Off to catch up ... xx

I can't tell you how long I spent in that aisle scrutinising the barrels and the carousel shaped tins. I needed the pantomine people to shout "its behind you" :rotfl:

    Evening all :hello:

Just managed to catch up

Today is a FANTABULOUS day for OH and I :D
I have just been checking his CCCS debt management plan and it turns out that he only has £13 left to pay on his plan (we thought there were a couple of payments left, but there's not) so come midnight when they take the direct debit payment he will be officially debt free
    :j:D:j:D:j:D:j:D:j
To say he's over the moon is an understatement!
It's been many years coming but he's done it [STRIKE]with the odd shove in the right direction from me ;)[/STRIKE]

So now I'm off with his bank card to pay Mr A a visit and check out the Vinnie biscuit situation! :rotfl::rotfl:

That is absolutely fantastic news. DFW no more
