Has anyone else had trouble with coupons in A's this morning.
I had an over £40 shop and only coupons I had were 1 reloaded, 1 weight watchers + a £5 off £40 spend voucher. SA appologised, but said she had to have the coupons checked as there had been lots of fraud with coupons. I said ok and waited while she asked supervisor. When she cameback she said they'd had a directive from Asda house to only take coupons which were printed on both sides. When I said that all internet coupons were only printed on one side she appologised but said she still wasn't allowed to take them.
She was really nice about it so I felt a bit guilty telling her that I was sorry, but someone would have to put all my shopping back as I didn't want any of it on principle, and also how fortunate it was that T's were now taking A's and M's conditional spend vouchers as I'd just seen the sign outside.
I also added that they know the difference between genuine and fake coupons and always accept them as long as you buy the product. Has anyone got the number for Asda house. thank you.
Has anyone else got the sign about conditional spends outside their locals0 -

As i'm going to have quite a few vinnies tins, could i return 3 of these to get a tenner? Thats not cheating, i want to give chocs for christmas not biscuits and bought them in error... wont give my receipt. Then they'll be back on the shelf for me to buy again with more chocs...
Dont think i'll do it, just supposing.
If you bought them in error why don't you take it all back and just buy the chocs ?:p

out of curiosity from anyone who's been around (here) for a while.
What was the glitch on coke from before? I've read people saying theyve got loads from last time, so wondered what i've missed, being a coke addict! Drink at least 2 cans every day, mum says "its the worst thing you can put in your body!!". So i've listed to her many things much much worse....
tia, apologies for being nosy:hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:0 -

Thank goodness for the wheelchair Gill!!
I'm back at the hospital Friday, hopefully good news, fingers crossed the plaster can come off. My main problem is a bad backI have been off the crutches since last weekend
should be able to cook now :rotfl:maybe I'll leave it till next week
Thanks for asking.
Gill you had a bad breakwas physio hard?
Well done that you can walk on it. Phisio was not hard, I actually walked with the physio lady, she walked backwards(in front of me) and I had my arms -outstreched-on her arms(if that makes sense). She has only given me 2 excercises to do, They were tough to start with but now getting easier-I do work hard at them though.
Good luck next week
Cheers
