I'm logging on quickly from my work to say that I have just had an offer accepted on what will make a lovely family home on the street I grew up on as a kid (from 6 months to 10 years)!!! :j:j:j:j:j
It's a bit of a project which suits me just fine. I could never in a million years afford this house if it was all done up :eek:
Big, big thanks to everyone who contributes to the finds on this thread because the savings I have made (and hopefully will continue to make) will help speed the renovation along :beer::beer:
I can't believe my daughter will be going to the same school as I did. :eek:My mum still lives in the area and can't wait to walk her to/from school when she's old enough :j
ahh how lovely:j
I moved back to the street i grew up on last year and am living 3 doors away from my mum.:D My little boy attends playgroup at the school i went to and will hopefully go there as well. Its brilliant and i really feel like i've come home. (the hubby is not quite so impressed to be living so close the the mil though
)
Good luck with the renovations

Shop one - A vs T
Shop two - A vs W
And then repeat :j:j:j
