Hi
anybody keep african land snails if so can they recommend a heat pad, had mine 3 years now but think they are going into hibernation for the first time and a little worried. I have a plant propagator which they are not in at the moment, is this suitable for them for the winter. thank you0 -

i was in Wilkinsons this morning and although it may be old news they had an awful lot in their gardening range at 70% off
they had the good quality grass seed, patch repair grass seed, lots of plant foods, tomato feed, weed killer and bug sprays.
had noticed a few of these before at 20-30% off but now they are all 70% off so a really good bargain. hthmmm..... these strawberries make my breath happy mum ds
On a strand of pure silver, I'll welcome each day

Morning all!
Had an accidentcasualties were one bottle of mr muscle foaming drain cleaner and two canisters of Cif bathroom foam
Overfilled the storage box, as the weight of the other boxes pressed down on the lid the mr muscle split and flowed over everything else, two of the four Cif foams were in the bottom of the box so corroded the metal and they sprayed everywhere too! Lovely!
Still at least it was only about £1 worth at most! :rotfl:
You're not alone with a disaster - I was trying to squeeze some WW chillis into my indoor upright freezer and a beef joint fell out taking the unfrozen chillis with it ! Great big splat on the floor and 2 busted chillis.ELITE 5:2

During a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director what the criterion was which defined whether or not a patient should be institutionalized.
"Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub."
"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would use the bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup."
"No." said the Director, "A normal person would pull the plug.
