3Dogs and anyone else out there that is suffering hope you are feeling a bit better.
I can sympathise with you! Had a Steroid Injection in my heel last week - so painful, but has really helped. I also have regular Botox Injections in my leg to help relieve some of the permanent muscle spasms. They don't hurt as much. Have had injections into my spine and they were the most painful thing ever and didn't help.

Glad to hear you are getting some counselling/CBT, I have much experience of both. Some therapists are better than others, but just give everything a try.
My current one is for an Eating Disorder, but have had numerous for my depression. For the eating disorder I had one to one and then group therapy which has finished except for 3 follow ups. I much preferred the one to one as I am very shy and found most of the group too loud and overbearing. But I got told off for not taking an active part, to me that was the fault of the psychologists running the group as they should of enabled me to join in.
My GP said I should tell them that and that a different group with different personalities would have been better for me.
But they didn't like it when I tried to explain, which was a huge risk, and told me they found me the hardest person in the group to "get to know". Not very helpful.

Sometimes help comes from the most unexpected places, like the lovely people on here, so when I take my 40+ tablets a day I just hope tomorrow will be better.

Forgot to say- bought auntie bessies in Tosco tonight- an awesome coupon that is and I have a few prints!!! Thanks OP

I gave it a go tonight on SS in Mr S on the chicken ones because they also say irresistable on the front so think they are the right thing, hope so anyway! They are 2 for £2 in there, first coupon scanned fine at £1.50, second coupon was rejected completely.

But I did get the Special K crisps in there :j I do hope they haven't stopped that giveaway as I was very slow off the mark!

All of the info I've gotten in the past few months has been down to some lovely angels passing it along :A I have duly thanked them but I owe many more of you lots of THANK YOU's for all your finds. I hope my silence hasn't come across as me being ungrateful, I couldn't be more thankful. Round of applause for you all :T:T:beer::T:T:beer::T:T

Sue that is an incredibly brave and honest post :A I am so very sorry to read of your battle with depression and it's current manifestation as an eating disorder. I'm sorry that you have experienced such challenges as you try to make your way towards recovery, it sounds like the group therapists need retraining! If you ever want a chat, my PM box is open :) (I've suffered with Anorexia and Bulimia....plus a bit of everything else too!) Big hugs to you xxxxx

well its been snowing here & my heating has been on for ages.

Im so not a hardy person, best thing is to huddle in the room which has the wood burner in & it feels tropical : )

On a coupon note, i got my shopping down from £52 to just under £10 at Tosco today. It was helped that the CO saw i had a morrisons £5 off £40 spend. He grabbed it to see if it scanned, oh joy of joys it did so a bonus extra £5 off my shopping :D

Hope everyone keeps safe & warm in this cold snap.
