Yes they allowed me to change without penalty and with the new deal I am free to leave them anytime as their are no cancellation fees attached.
Also the cost is about £90.00 a year more but bearing in mind my present fix rate finishes early 2013 and they have also saved me £60 in fees I am happy with the result.0
