Sent a message last week and still no reply. It was fairly simple as to whether there was a cancellation charge on my tariff.

Is this typical or are they just experience a very heavy workload following the price hike?

Every man and his dog contacts their supplier when a price rise is announced usually to ask for a fixed price which avoids the price rise. Clearly not many people heard the warnings on here and elsewhere

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Their t&c's page on their website has the additional terms split by product so it will be easier to look it up on there.

Apparently they dont have email at the moment. These guys are a cowboy outfit...I want to cancel in my cooling off period, they say my order is not on the system yet due to backlog, but they cant send me an email confirming that I will be able to cancel once it is on the system as they dont have access to email! in this day and age, no access to email!!!!
