TomTom One Help!

Hi guys,

I use my TomTom One (bought at Xmas) at least daily, though when I went to turn it on this morning it won't 'load' and just stays at the 'hand' page. It's fully charged and the reset button doesn't do anything

Can anyone suggest anything?

Have you tried connecting it to your PC?
if that works OK you should be able to restore it using the supplied software - you did take a back up didn't you?

Don't know if I have a backup - sure I do - but my OH dealt with it all! I do have the original TomTom SD card with it all on as when purchased and I have the software disk, so will try that.
