AST + Inventory question

Hi folks,
Just trying to sort out a AST and an Inventory. I've been looking round at the RLA etc. But stumbled upon http://www.lettingexpert.com/free_tenancy_agreement.html
My question is, would the paid package from 'letting expert' contain a good enough AST and inventory? It's not vastly cheaper than RLA who I am tempted to use regardless. But if anyone on here has used them and could recommend, I'd be appreciative.
Thank in advance

Have you looked at their AST?
Have you compared it with the RLA's?
Does it meet your requirements?
Quality of AST and inventory are far more important than price - but you'll only realise this when/if things go wrong.0 -
Have you run an advanced search?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Thanks for the replies. It's difficult to compare with the samples given, and I do agree that you really only know the strengths should something go wrong! And yes, the price isn't the deciding factor in this - I just wanted to see if, in fact, the other option would be as good based on experiences.
I did run an advanced search a found several requests for free AST's, but that didn't really get me an answer for my question.0 -
Having looked a little more, I've decided to go for RLA. Thanks for your input
