New BT Infinity- existing email set up

Hello
I have an email address that I have had for ages- @lineone.net (part of tiscali)
Until recently, to enable me to send emails from my windows live mail via O2 broadband my outgong SMTP settings I had the server set as relay.o2broadband.co.uk.
We have just switched to BT infinity. I want to carry on using my lineone.net email address to send and receive but am struggling to find what server settings to enter. Can anyone help?
