What is your credit background to have got there now - I'm on an improving mission.......
samtoby - I made a real mess of things in the past! Recently just had a ccj drop off. I still have a satisfied default showing on Exp and Call credit that is 5 years and 2 months old. Also some late payments from a linked address that are over 5 years old that show on Equifax and Exp.
But the last 5 years i have been very sensible, only had 1 late payment, which was a genuine mistake (was in hospital at the time and forgot payment was due)
I do have a car Hp agreement with creation which i have had 18 months, no missed payments, so that may of helped.
I think the fact that i have run my accounts well for the last 5 years has helped alot. Yes there is still adverse info on my file but it is over 5 years old. Definately worth getting someone to look at it manually

I think I am a long way off this my oldest adverse is two years but I think I am making progress. I have Luma, Very which has been increased twice since original limit and JD Williams which is increased every month pretty much but only a yr old accounts so I am a long way off all that. Does Creation except adverse normally?

Yes creation does accept adverse history applicants depending on what creation card you apply for as many of got these cards with past defaults etc.

Couldnt stand the guy, it was his way or no way and didnt listen to reason. Im wrong now and again, but he never excepted even when he was.
I also think he was a guy with huge debts, and looked at anyway to escape debtsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
