Oh heck, my P & P order is on hold too.

Never had that before, so worry mines gonna get cancelled too.

Especially as I ordered it to come on Thursday so if its not sent by tomorrow, then it isn't coming.

Just to update, my order still on hold too, but quidco still validated, plus card been debited!

My order due on Thursday too - will wait and see!

I've got a feeling it will all sort itself out and we will get our orders - especially as other items were included too. As Dotchas said Boots doesn't want to lose our custom surely?;)

Some of the Sanctuary body wash products go through okay...and some dont. I was told by an SA that the ones in the orange packaging work (I think they are the original range). I have got 6 of them so far...and you pay nothing if using a £5 voucher.
Or Sanctuary Skincare cleanser or toner (white packaging) would be 95p each with a voucher.

RoC wipes are 99p with a voucher.

The Time Delay range has 3 or 4 things that are free with a voucher (wipes, face wash, toner etc) and the eye cream is 50p with a voucher.

There are some RoC moisturisers at £5.48.....so 48p with a voucher.

No7 wipes.... £1.25 with a voucher.

Ummmm...thats all I can think of off the top of my head!

Thats me ,you and cupcake with orders on hold while others are being dispatched
Fair enough if they are stopping orders of more than 1 but others are getting 3 x P+P.

I got an email from Boots re my cpmplaint about last weeks order (non P+P) which arrived a day last despite paying extra.They are refunding my £4.50 to my payment card for specific date delivery and putting 500pts on my card....2 problems.....

1 I paid by Paypal
2 I reported my AC lost so don't have one attached to my account

Another email winging its way to Boots!!!

The Beacon Retail one, near Next Clearance. Still a few left, they're near the tills at front of store. They seem to have moved all their clearance stuff somewhere, there's usually loads at the end of the 3 aisles near toys, but nothing today........ Gonna pop to Kingston tomorrow

Just wondering if that was a potential reason until Paypal confirm it?

And yup, my order has been tracked by Quidco too, but not showing on my CC yet. But its showing as pending on Paypal

I paid by paypal and mine has been dispatched so it can't be that

A few weeks ago my order for 3 P&P got cancelled when others here reported getting theirs so they obviously aren't very consistent!!! The one per customer rule applied then too.

Got my fingers crossed for you all
