They deduct your points and your card goes into minus until you use it again and pay back the points.Nowadays i find they are far more wiser to taking the points back and are doing it more often, even if you dont have a reciept they are automatically decucting the value of the item anyway.
I took back razors i bought a £1.99 and they insisted in taking the points off so i think head office have told the stores to take points back .

I have about 340 worth of points and I'm in a dilemma - should I treat myself...and if so, to what?!! Or should I just keep amassing them. What do you all do?
Save them for Christmas? Or the sales? Or the 342s?

But, if you don't have an advantage card they can't take points back....can they!:D

Been to Boots this morning, got 3 Refine & Rewind on 342, asked if it was the last day for 342 and SA said no, it's been extended. Sorry don't know till when but may help someone.
They seemed to have plenty R&R but no P&P.

Anyone know the non 0845 for Boots please? I have got saynoto 0870 saved in my favourites but trying to NAK as well isn't easy. Got back from Boots where I hasve been spoken to like rubbish!
