You'd be surprised, there's a lot of zebra printers sold on ebay - they're not so high-end as nobody wants them, and a dealer will cost you much more.0

Everyone uses ebay, absolutely everyone. Professionals, industry specialists, amateurs. You name it, when buying second hand equipment they will check ebay. I'd be surprised if you managed to find greater exposure from something like a barcode printer anywhere other than ebay.0

We have about 500 Zebra printers at work. Barcodes are not their only use, but can be used for mailing labels too.
They are very common.
If you want to play with it on a PC, the best drivers seem to be Seagull Scientific, rather than the zebra ones.
When you sell it, also mention if it is usb, or a network printer (has rj45 hole on back)
Also do a test print (google is your friend here) because that will test the expensive head and paper mechanism.0
