I work as a cleaner for a property company, when people leave I have to go in and make sure its ready for the next tenants.
I have been asked to clean a really bad cooker. I mean Really bad. I intend using oven pride for the inside and the grill but I dont know if this product can be used on the cooker top.
Mr muscle got rid of the worst of it but there is strill a lot of burnt on grime left. Has anyone had any success cleaning a really bad cooker top? I fear this may be beyond redemption tho!
Thanks in advance

Tesco used to sell something called Eco Cleaning putty, it's ace on electric cooker tops. If you can't find any (amazon usually has some) try http://www.lakeland.co.uk/23680/Bio-mex?src=gpcle&gclid=CPOT0cebmrMCFW_KtAod-nIAgQ

I have seen Kim & Aggie ( How Clean Is Your House) use hot water with bio washing powder on skanky cooker tops with great success.0
