Replacing mr16 with LEDs

    Warm in the landing/hall/bedroom and cool in the kitchen.

    The warm is no different to the halogen spots I had (and similar to the old incandesent). The cool is brighter but its very "clinical" for want of another expression. Its more "cold" than "cool" if you get me. I think its OK in a bathroom or kitchen (though not for main lights - just for spots), otherwise the warm is fine.

    That said it may be because the new gen LEDs are brighter than the last so the light is slightly different. The older LEDs that came with the spots in my sons room were much more like you describe. I think the new gen ones are a vast improvement in both colour and brightness.
