Hi, we're sort of in the process of moving but it might all be going a bit wrong. It might all fall through, and my mind races overtime trying to figure out how to avoid this. I'd speak to your EA and say you want your property back on the market and open to offers whilst your buyers sort themselves out. This will either result in your buyers realising they need to hurry up (if they are, in fact, in a position to move), or them being honest and finally admitting that they cannot raise funds for the move. Explain to your vendors that you are becoming equally frustrated, and what you plan on doing. Say that you really want the house and then it'll be up to them what they do.
