Amazing Spaces.

Did anyone watch the C4 programme last night, George Clarkes Amazing Spaces.
The guy was showing what good use you could make from a small space, some of it was pretty rubbish where people renovated old buses or caravans but one girl did a fantastic job which others may like to copy.
She bought one of these disused toilets in central London and converted it to a bright modern home, it cost her £65k but now it was finished had been valued at i think £250k
Why rent a shared flat if you buy something like that.
