Do you really need to know why things are not right?
Why not:- Add up all your purchases(A).
- Add up the value of the returns(B).
- Total all your actual payments(C).
Subtract D from C and you are left with your over-payment.
Leave it to them to work out why you have overpaid.0 -
They sent a very detailed form wanting to know if any payments haven't been credited, or items not shown on the statement, but to be honest I just don't have the time in my life to go through all that. I know what I've bought so like you say, they can figure out the minutiae.0

So they need to check that their statements tally to what you are saying.
So how long will it take yyou to fill in the form to get your £100....
Would that be 1- 10 posts here or more. Complaining about their errors.....
Which untill you tell them about they clearly are unaware off.:rotfl:
Or you could simply send them copies of the statements highlighting the errors
As you have already spent 90 mins onNever ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
I'd have been keeping a spreadsheet showing payments, orders and returns as I went, if only to check the account as it goes. you're going to need to do something similar to corroborate what they say, unless you're willing to accept whatever amount they say.
Although I'd be asking for a payment in respect of the time spent sorting out what appears to be their mistakes.0
