Can't report a buyer after 90 days?

Just noticed a neg I received over 6 months ago came after the buyer threatened me with it. How do i go about reporting this?

i dont really know much about feedback removal these days, but i received a negative feedback after it was clearly threatened in a dispute and within separate emails to me, to add salt to the wounds the negative feedback also made reference to the dispute itself. The proof was all there to be seen, the buyer had as far as i could see broken 2 feedback policies: feedback extortion and the mention of the dispute in feedback - ebays reply: tuff luck....

I have been reading over the last few weeks/months that it's quite easy to get negative feedback removed....ive personally had no such luck - my one and only negative feedback has sat proud on my account for 8 months - only 4 more to go and it will automatically disappear!!!!! Only 1 problem in 7yrs on ebay aint bad....

buyers can generally spot an idiot in the feedback system. if you only have one negative and 100's of positives then clearly you are not a bad seller.

it wouldn't worry me at all if i had a negative feedback. i recently had a message from someone 9 months after i left them neutral feedback stating that they were going to try their hardest to get a negative feedback on my account!
