Mrbadexample, I did explain when I went into the room that I was unprepared and why, unfortuantely I think I let myself down in a few areas, I mean the agency werent brilliant I know that, but she did give me a copy of my cv to give them and I forgot, and also I didnt ask anything at the end as I was so flustered!
Why are interviews so hard and why do they reduce grown normally sane people to quivering wrecks??
I had to go through a panel interview recently and I thought it also went rubbish! I didn't hear anything by the time they had said....in fact it was almost 8 days later. To my surprise I did get it!
I had a pounding headache by the time I got out of there........
Try being a little more patient you never know. Do you think you could contact the hospital and ask to speak the interviewer and try to arrange a second interview?
You could say that you really want to work there and you are fully prepared for the interview etc, etc.
Good Luck.
