Hfc ppi claim !

I am currently in the process of making a claim with HFC.The agreement goes back to 1997 which because they are a bank prior to 2003 when most financial companies werent regulated they have upheld my claim.Origanly they offered me £273.00 this was for 2 years ppi payments because i defaulted and they passed it onto a debt management company they said i did not pay back the full amount .However i had statements from TBI which showed i paid back the full amount including the £1592.89 of payment protection which was on top of the loan so Hfc then offered me.These are the figures £1592.89 PPI plus 8 % compensation on the PPI payments made totaling in full £1866.28
HFC passed my account onto a debt management company and i have since paid all the funds in total that i origanlly borrowed including the PPI amount .In a lot of regards it is a result but I still feel i should be entitled to the full amount of compensation because i was mis sold the PPI in the first instance as it was a single premium added to the total amount upfront.
I have sent numerous letters to the office in Coventry since there offer on the 5th of september stating i want the full amount i am entitled too .There communications have stopped not even a letter acknowledging my letter or letters .I have called the call centre every week for an update but they cant tell me anything and they is no direct number to the coventry offices that they will give you.
Does anyone have another line of enquiry or contact or do i just cut my loses if the shoe was on the other foot they would want every penny!!!!!!!!!!

If you have proof that this debt was repaid in full with the PPI then contact FOS and tell them that HFC will not acknowledge your letters regarding this, they should be able to help you.
