PPI reclaim for co-op and capital one

Hi, I wrote to the above for a CCA and have received both in the last couple of days, both opened in 2002 and 2004
So here goes, have a signature of the agreement , but doesn't say wether I took out PPI I remember speaking to someone about opening these cards and was told I would have a better chance if I took out PPI.
At the time I was a director of a company and had long term sickness benefits and redundancy cover
My father also died of a genetic condition and I have. A 50/50 chance of having condition . I have always informed people of this , one of the reasons I can get income protection, anyway , I have had various bouts of stress wondering what if etc, and I know this wouldn't have Been covered ,i have never claimed against ppi before can you advise my best approach abut this please.
Many thanks stevo

Contact Co op and Cap one, give them the card numbers and they should tell you if you had PPI, if you did then make the claims with the reasons you give above.
