Anyone woman who is not attractive is obese? Wow that's a new one on me.

Plus you get some attractive overweight people. What if that obese person has 38GG breasts, will the guys be complaining then :p (I'm talking obese not morbidly obese)

The sentence you quoted didn't say that.

Any female who's not physically attractive according to general consensus is labelled obese or old. Boots is a product that screams sex sells. Give it to the old, the ugly, or a man, and you have what we call run and scream in fear epidemic. Best to stick with proper shoes if you don't want men treating you as some office decoration... and it'll go negatively if you're not attractive and young.

I have never heard of knee high boots being referred to as FMBs :undecided Thigh high maybe - but never knee high.

There are many pairs of knee high boots that are office smart casual but it does depend on the rest of the outfit. If in doubt however wear smart shoes and carry flats to walk around in later.

Both were at my uni, my flatmate always used to deliberate on if she was in the mood for wearing her FMBs or not.... but then they were being paired with something smaller than my belt which allegedly was a skirt.

The "or old" was overlooked in your response.
