  • I have had a look at mortgages and loans but as I have not been self employed for 2 years it does not look as if i can get one.
    I did think that my son could act as a guarantor but he has not been in his job for two years.
    I went to see the house again today and I really do love it....my house is going on to the market this weekend and it all is down to figures and I do not want to sell my house if I can't get this other one!
