hi all
if you can't remember what you had and when - can you still claim just by writing to your lender? so if all you know is you had a loan and paid PPI can you put something in?
thanks

Hi there
If you know you were sold and mis sold PPI, you can continue to make a reclaim with the reasons you have, it's not essential that you have to have the paperwork.
If successful, they should provide you with a calculated breakdown.
Hope this helps, good luck
