8.2. There are four Runner-Up Prizes which each consist of:

8.3. For the avoidance of doubt, in relation to the Grand Prize:
8.3.1. Transfers to and from airports shall not be included in the Grand Prize.
8.3.2. Spending money shall not be included in the Grand Prize.
8.3.3. The winner must book its two places on any guaranteed departures of the 12-day Historic Parks of the American Southwest trip which departs before 31 December 2013. The Promoter will contact the winner and provide the booking code. It is the responsibility of the winner to contact Discovery Adventures by 31 March 2013 in order to claim the Grand Prize. You must be 18 or older to claim the Grand Prize. Discovery Adventures reserves the right to substitute tours for operational resources and blackout dates may apply.
8.3.4. This Grand Prize cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion, does not apply to airfare, optional extras such as 'My Own Room', ‘My Own Tent, Theme Packs, applicable in-country fees or meals and flights unless where indicated as an integral part of the tour. The Grand Prize is completely non-transferable, non-refundable, is not liable for 'Lifetime Deposit' and is only valid as a prize for the Touching Distance competition as advertised. The Grand Prize has no alternative monetary value and the promo code must be used at the time of booking.
8.3.5. The Grand Prize must be taken at the dates indicated above and will be subject to availability and blackout periods determined by the airline in their sole discretion as well as all other terms and conditions imposed by such parties.
8.3.6. The plane tickets included in the Prize will not qualify for air-miles programmes of any airline company. Once the plane tickets have been issued, they will not be modified except by the Promoter or the airline.
8.3.7. The winner will forgo the Grand Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled flight, and the Promoter and all prize sponsors/providers shall have no further obligation to winner.
