Hiya. I am currently with Spark Energy for both gas and electric, however their customer service is completely useless! I have been having problems with my online account so cannot upload meter readings, and have been trying to get in contact with them for the last 3 weeks but had no luck!!!
I would like to switch to a company that has a really good online system where I can upload meter readings, check my usage and amend my direct debit. I would also like a company that actually answers their phone! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
