I have paperwork but zurich said i didn;t have this

Can anybody tell me if they've had any successes with Zurich ( previously allied dunbar) regarding ppi. I found paper work which states i paid mortgage family protector with ppi but when i contacted them they said i've never had it! I dnt know what to do as i have a form saying how much i paid and when this commenced from, but they couldn't find anything. Has anyone had anything similar to this from any lenders? PLEASE HELP!!!

I think your problem is that you are mixing up a life assurance policy with waiver of premium as PPI. It is not PPI. So, if you complained to Zurich about having PPI then they would quite rightly state you havent got it.
