Hi Guys,

Split up with my OH recently,

Currently in the process of changing address on V5, Do i just change the address in section 6 (New Keeper or new name/address details) and just send that bit off or all of the v5?

Also, i feel i may have been caught by a mobile speed van doing 60mph in a 50mph, unsure if they caught me as i was far away but none there less, is there any way at all i can check if i have any convictions sent to me?

Online preferably? If not a number i can call and check?

Many thanks

I believe you send off the whole V5 for change of address,

You have to wait 14 days to see if you get any ticket delivered to your registered address.

Could try phoning your local police and ask them for the phone number for the local NIP (speeding ticket) section 'safety camera partnership' and ask them.

All of the tickets are processed through the relevant force's ticket office. You could make contact with them and ask the question. They should be able to search on your registration number and give you an answer, although it may be appropriate to give it a week from the date of the ticket, if that hasn't already passed.
Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler.

Fauliure to notify DVLA of a change of address of licence holder is an offence with a £1,000 fine (max)

I am fairly sure the same penalty applies to failure to notify change of car owner's address.
