How do I block a bidder?

I am sure I am being extremely dense here but I cannot work out how to block the bidder who just won an auction from me and proceded to send payment by Credit card.
What bit of "I do not accept credit cards" in the auction listing was so hard to understand?
Obviously I am relisting but I do not want him to bid again.
Thanks for any help ( yes I did try the endless maze of the ebay "help" pages first!)

You can block bidder id's from here: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/block_bidders.html

Don't forget though that you can't cancel the auction that the buyer has already won so he is able to leave you feedback. You also cannot even start the NPB process to get your fees back for 7 days.
When you say he paid by credit card, do you mean via paypal? If so, and if you have the I accept paypal logo on your auctions then you should not refuse his payment. Your own terms and conditions cannot over ride ebay's terms and conditions and the invoice would have gone to the buyer clearly showing that credit cards payments were welcomed by you. If you have refused his credit card payment in these circumstances then he can file a non performing seller report against you.
If however he just tried to give you his credit card number then that is different. I did actually have one foreign buyer send me an email with credit cards details fully shown expecting me to debit it direct without going through paypal!

Thanks for the replies. I have blocked him.
Soo - Thanks for the info. I didn't use the paypal logo in my auction as my paypal account does not accept cc payments. It has been more than 7 days so I have already filed the NPB report ( worked out how to do that one quite easily!). He is a newbie so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and we have agreed to just forget it. I know everyone was new once but I don't want him coming back!0
