Looking at Streetview, I think I'd be more concerned about the pub next door.
Potential there for noise, especially if there's a beer garden at the back.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £10,153.440 -
Right of access came up in a post recently. If neighbour has right of access to turn, check to see state of drive as you may need to pay any repairs yourself despite being used by others.
Gate is interesting. I'd ask agent for more info.0
