Current Egg reply time?

Before anyone says it, yes I know that officially the reply is within 8 weeks but I just wondered whether anyone had sent in a questionnaire recently and how long their reply took?

Mind was rec'd on the 19th September and have had confirmation of receipt and a 'it's been 4 weeks we will be in touch soon' letter. Just been reading through some posts on the discussion/success threads and it seems people have had fairly swift responses.

Thanks!

PS - yes I am impatient!

I wouldn't hold your breath, most banks take it to the line and it's more likely your "full and final" will be dated eight weeks after your initial complaint and so will be received after that date.
    Nothing is certain, of course.

Looks like you were right, still nothing ;)

Unless of course it has got 'lost in the post' conveniently and as there is now no telephone number it could take a while.......

No, I'll wager it'll be dated approximately eight weeks after your initial acknowledgement letter and will then be put in the mail in time for you to receive it 5-6 days later.

You were 100% correct, letter received today but it was worth the wait :)
