My advice would be to contact the number or address on your most recent DWP IB (or ESA) letter. If you don't have that then perhaps contact your local jobcentre and ask for advice... they might be able to redirect you as appropriate."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0
