im expecting to go for a medical soon with ATOS in glasgow,i have been reading all the horror stories on here about lies etc,could i record this on my mobile phone,would it be ok,and if i have to appeal,would this count as evidence,or do i need to request ATOS to record it?

Speaking personally, at both medicals I've had, the assessor has attempted to assess my condition fairly, and been polite and courteous.

Experiences of course vary.
You cannot record on a mobile, openly.
If you do this secretly, then yes, the tribunal can later use this evidence if it chooses to.

You can request that your interview is recorded, and this is possibly the wiser course.
If you are found to be recording secretly, the interview may be terminated, and you be found to have not cooperated with the process.
This will lead to no more benefit being paid until you attend another medical.
