  • Hi if you know anyone who has a Costco card or if you have one near you their salmon sides are lovely and about £10 which I cut up in fillets and freeze.
I have a large steamer which steams all my veg and fish at the same time,
It has sectional compartments and you can time each veg/fish.
That's my favourite way of cooking salmon.

I have salmon for tea tonight - got it reduced from Mr T in a pack and it is lovely. Not sure what we are having it with yet. not really had bad salmon but I either grill lightly or pan fry with paprika. Yummy.

I second Costco salmon too. Although Asda 3 for £10 (6 fillets) has been good lately too

I marinate mine in soy, ginger, garlic, spring onions and honey then grill it till it's just starting to colour. Serve with noodles and stir fry veg. My absolute favourite meal !
  • I ended up buying the side of salmon half price at Tesco and just had some for my tea :) I cut it into 9 pieces so I guess worked out cheap for salmon! It was yummy, I poach salmon also :)

I havn't got a costco in my town but I think there should be one in close ish city!

My Grandma does my favourite meal, well when I used to stay with her prior to growing a family, so not fair:D Fresh salmon, mash potatoes and broccoli out of garden and homemade parsley sauce yum!!
