Worldwide Travel Insurance over 31 days

Hi
I'm going away for about 8 days with my son to France in the summer, no problem there, found some great value insurance using the Moneysupermarket site. Problem is I'm also going to California (by myself this time) for 6 weeks in autumn, and all the policies I've seen so far are for a maimum duration of 31 days per single trip.
So I need annual Family World wide cover-all that will allow for a trip of 6 weeks or more.
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
