hi,

advise regarding jsa needed plz,
been unemployed for 24 weeks,
was offered by an agency temp work,
Sunday 8 hours
Monday 8 hours
Tuesday 7 and quarter hours
and no more work since and not even been paid, and have to wait 1 month for it.
how does this effect me regards to the (23 and abit hours)would it be averaged over the fortnightly cycle, and what will happen to the 26 week rule,
i will get more help after 26 week ie, MIRO, C/Tax, month in hand etc = 4 week run on,

would really appreciate some accurate advise regarding this matter

Suggest you go to job centre and sign back on again explaining the whole shebang to them clearly and simply. Advise the dates you worked and how much pay you should be getting. Or at least that is what I did when I last had to do that. And I doubt if they would average it, but you can ask.
