Buyer keeps asking for mutual cancellation?

I sold an item in September which I had mis-listed so was unable to send - I let the buyer know and offered them an alternative at a discount which they did not want.

So I refunded and sent a cancel transaction request. Buyer did not respond so I closed the case after 7 days and got my FVF back.

Now the buyer keeps emailing asking for a mutual cancellation

Is there anything else I can do or should buyer just archive the item on her side?

If you have got your fees back, ebay has already settled the case. You don't need to do anything. Tell the buyer to archive it.
  • Yes i got the fees back, the buyer is saying the item is unpaid on her end now and I need to cancel. So she just needs to archive it then?

Funny thing is she left me positive feedback today saying 'lovely item!' - I did not think buyer could leave feedback once case had been closed.

If you open a cancellation case then buyers can leave you feedback even if they didnt pay.

If you open a non paying bidder case the buyer can not leave you any feedback.
