Can anyone suggets basically as many online retailers that sell good gaming systems as they know? I don't want to buy something and feel like i haven't looked as many places as possible. I've had a look at:
awd-it, gladiator, novatech and tekheads
off the top of my head but i'm basically looking for as long a list as possible to start comparing prices and getting quotes from each of them, i had also got a quote from cougar extreme who seem to sell systems with top end GFX and CPU's cheaper than anywhere else but it's at the cost of the other components which are no name brands, i did get awd-it to quote me for a system they'd build with similar priced components but the best rated of them but they then failed to get back to me.

have a look at alienware and commadore for gaming systemsEver stop to think and forget to start again?0

Mesh might be worth a look.
If you're after a gaming PC you should do some research into the specific components. There are hundreds of graphic card reviews and comparisons on the net.
You should try to work out what you need yourself, not let a company tell you what it can sell you. A couple of hours on Google will go a long way.have a look at alienware and commadore for gaming systems
The OP wants a computer, not just a tacky plastic case!0 -
i've not had a look at commadore yet but from looking at alienware in the past they seem to be well overpriced, i've pretty much decided i want an 8800 GTS probably a 320MB but maybe stretch to 640, i was originally looking at GTX's but it's double the price of the 640MB GTS for better performance but nowhere near double the performance. Thanks for the suggested retailers, i'll check them outBought, not Brought0

www.ebuyer.com
have used and still use this company excellent choice,
www.aria.co.uk
I get emails from this place,
everything they sell has a feedback,
read the feedback before buying,
they seem to be 99% ok but I have not used them.

Got my current PC from https://www.komplett.co.uk and I'm very happy with it. I've used them a fair bit in the past for components and they've always been reliable. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -

There's not a huge amount of difference in the performance of the 320 and 640. I'd save your pennies and go for the first one. Graphics cards date so fast anyway.
If you choose that and a core2duo E6600 with 2GB of RAM then you can't really go wrong.0 -

That's pretty much been the plan when i've looked recentely but do you think that will be ok only focusing on those 3 parts and the rest being generic, nameless or cheap parts. I think i had made the RAM unbranded aswell.Bought, not Brought0 -
