Will the Benefit Integrity Centre stop my JSA for not sending a form in time?

I had to send them a JSA2 form so they could review my claim. I was tardy in completing it though, and they won't receive it until a day after their 'deadline.'

Chances are even if it got there on time it would sit in a pile of paperwork for days before it was actioned. Might be worth a call to them though and let them know you have sent it in case they have an auto action thing set to stop your benefit if its not actioned by that day (unlikely but not worth risk)"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0
