TalkTalk connection refund

I have been with TalkTalk for about 6 months after moving to a new house, when i first contacted TalkTalk about joining/my connection, they informed me that there was £100 connection fee, which was halfed to £50 but after 2 or 3 months i would get my £50 back (credited to my bill). So i decided to go with them.

Now because i have not received this refund, i contacted them, and i was connected to an Asian person whos 1st language wasn't English :mad:, and explaining the situation was rather a hard job, but anyway (surprise surprise) they have no record of the conversation with me, and that wasn't one of the offers at the time!!!!!!

Can anyone please advise me what to do now.
