Will reclaiming affect me Joint and wife’s account with the same bank?

I’ve recently sent my letter to Barclays requesting details of bank charges on my account for the last 6 years – getting the ball rolling on reclaiming any charges.
I have also set up an alternative back-up account (following Martin’s advice) – so all is fine there.

My concern is that also having a joint account with Barclays (used for paying mortgage and bills) and my wife having her own account with Barclays, will my reclaiming of charges affect these other accounts, and potentially lead to the bank automatically closing them done when I’ve finished reclaiming?

I am only perusing charges on my own account but will I need to set up other accounts to fall back on for these other two Barclays accounts?

Any help or advice much appreciated

As long as the other accounts are in good order, they shouldn't touch them.
