Unlikely to get it back, we are coming up to winter months when you will probably use twice as much so it will help to cover those bills.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

As you are on a PRE-payment meter, of course you are in credit
  • It was nt a bill SMCC but a statement. They (should ) send out an annual statement of your useage. I was told by a BG call centre staff once, that the reason they never used to send out the yearly statements is that the call centres were bombarded with callers asking for their credit back. BG at least seem to have got their act together now and doing their duty and informing users of their annual useage/spend

With a PPM you are buying in advance.

So, does your statement show a higher credit than your meter? If so, are the readings keeping up with your meter or it could be a false credit?

    Hi smmc,

I agree with the others on here, as you have a pre-payment meter you have probably made payments before you have used the credit yet. So this could be the reason you can see the credit.

If you want to double check, then give us a ring with the settings from your meter and we can have a good look for you.
