They got back to me within a few weeks of registering with these 3 assignments. They called me and the people I spoke to on the phone were really really nice.

There are so many Mystery Shopping companies aren't there!!! I wonder how well they pay (not that you can tell me on here ofcourse)??

I got my first payment from Retail Eyes so am pleased. I though mystery shopping was too good to be true!

does anyone know how "forgiving" gapbuster are ?

i did my first assignment for them yesterday ,and i cannot find the bloomin receipt :(

im always so careful and have never mislaid an assignment receipt before

something tells me gap arent the most forgiving of the MS companies ? :(
    Hi Rachie,

AFAIK it says on the GAP site that if you haven't sumbitted receipts for 3 shops, you'll be taken off the panel - I'm assuming that means that if you lose 1 or 2 it should be okay - am not sure if you'll get paid though?

Thankfully, it hasn't happened to me yet, but I've got a feeling sooner or later it might... :o

What's the best job people have had so far?

It seems like pizza delivery ones are popular!

Got a free contract mobile phone for a year last year - having to pay again now, though! Apart from that, there are restaurant jobs of course; and this week I'm doing the Lake District flagship store of a well-known kitchen company. Get to put some cash towards Christmas pressies and have a free slap-up lunch in their rather nice café! Trying to find someone to come with me, as (amazingly!) the food spend is more than I could manage by myself!:j

  • Went to munich ( beer festival  ) in September.

My partner gave me the 'itienary' for our week away. Lo and behold 2 of them were on Retail eyes as assignments - so I bit the bullet and accepted them, much to my partners annoyance  .

Weeks away was fab, and when sober - carried out assignment number one - all went well despite language barrier and partner suddenly turning into James Bond  .

Assignment 2 went even smoother, and have just received the payments from Retail eyes.

Will definitely continue both at home and abroad - and partner has got the bug too.
    TOTAL DEBT £22962.67!!!!!!!!

    SOLD MY CAR!!!!!!!!

    TOTAL DEBT NOW £15900.00 !!!!!!!!

Did you have to submit the reports from abroad as well or when you got back home?

  • Unfortunately had to submit them from abroad.

Luckily Germany has many swanky internet cafes - for a reasonable fee, had access to the internet, cappucino and lovely background music.

Managed to access RE site and complete jobs, didn't send off recepits until back in UK - that didn't cause any problems :j .

I'll definitely check RE site before any travels abroad next time.
