    If you go to the FAQs, it explains it. Basically it means that they weren't done when they were supposed to, but still need doing, even though it's past the original dates. :)

    Not sure how you apply for them, though :confused:

    Hope you don't mind me joining in - I have applied for TNS - done the test and everything, does anyone know how long it takes to find out if you are accepted?

    I am also registered with arcadia...but the jobs go v. quick or are not in my area...still I'll keep hoping!

    It took about a week to get my login after posting back the forms....

    Never heard of Arcadia?

    I registered via Dorothy Perkins website for arcadia but I think it's run by Counter Intelligence (?). I think thi company also runs the Matalan mystery shopping.

    This is so irritating - I still can't get into Retail Eyes :mad: I've emailed them but have no reply. It just says login disabled due to maintenance :mad: :confused:
